1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EasyDisavow ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

EasyDisavow provides tools for generating disavow files for Google Search Console to help webmasters manage their backlink profiles. Our service includes:

• CSV file processing and analysis
• Pattern-based link categorization
• Automated disavow file generation
• Project management and history tracking
• Whitelist and blacklist functionality (Pro plans)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:

• Uploading malicious files or content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Using the service to harm others or violate their rights
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our algorithms

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.1 Free Plan

• Up to 2 projects
• Maximum 1,000 links per CSV file
• Up to 500 domains/links in disavow files
• 6 procedures per month
• Basic pattern matching

5.2 Pro Plans

• Up to 20 projects
• Maximum 5,000 links per CSV file
• Up to 100,000 domains/links in disavow files
• 100 procedures per month
• Advanced pattern matching and custom patterns
• Whitelist and blacklist functionality
• Priority support

5.3 Billing Terms

• Monthly plans are billed every 30 days
• Yearly plans are billed annually with a discount
• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
• Accounts are automatically downgraded to free upon payment failure

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EasyDisavow and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Data Processing and Storage

• We process your CSV files to generate disavow recommendations
• Your project data is stored securely and encrypted
• We do not share your data with third parties without consent
• You retain ownership of all data you upload
• We may retain anonymized usage statistics for service improvement

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

EasyDisavow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyDisavow from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney fees).

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyDisavow operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
