Understanding Disavow Rules

🎯 Pattern Matching

EasyDisavow uses advanced pattern matching to identify low-quality links:

  • Blog Comments: Detects comment spam patterns popular with major website platforms
  • Forum Links: Identifies forum signatures and posts like forum topics
  • Hacked Scripts: Finds compromised websites with known patterns for the hacked scripts
  • Nested URLs: Catches parameter-heavy URLs
  • Spam Networks: Identifies known spam blog networks / PBNs
  • Suspicious TLDs: Flags domains with questionable extensions, popular among spammers

⚙️ Disavow Types

Choose how you want to disavow problematic links:

  • Domain Level: Disavows entire domains (domain:example.com)
  • Subdomain Level: Disavows specific subdomains (domain:blog.example.com)
  • Link Level: Disavows individual URLs (https://example.com/bad-page)

🛡️ Whitelist & Blacklist (Pro Feature)

Advanced control over your disavow process:

  • Whitelist: Domains that will never be disavowed, even if they match patterns
  • Blacklist: Domains that will always be disavowed, regardless of patterns
  • Custom Patterns: Define your own patterns to catch specific spam types
